2015 Video Highlights

Well friends … Now that it’s officially nearing the end of January, I guess it’s time to accept that it’s 2016…..
It’s not that I’m not excited to welcome a new year. It’s just, saying goodbye to 2015 was pretty hard. It was one hell of a year. Probably my best yet.
3 Continents . 10 Countries . 15 States . 60 Cities
I traveled. I learned. I tasted. I loved. I ate way too much. Drank far too often. Cried a ton, but laughed way more.
I took risks. I challenged myself. I pushed myself out of my comfort zone.
Oh, and I got some damn good use out of my selfie stick.
Best of all, I made friends from all over the world that will last a lifetime. I seriously wouldn’t trade them for anything.
Sure the places I went provided the amazing backdrops, but it’s the people in the foreground who made this year incredible.
Not to toot my own horn, but I’m proud of this year and I’d be unbelievably lucky to experience even just one more like it.

I used to think that New Year’s resolutions were silly. Why start being a “better you” just because a new year has started. But if a new year is what we need, why not embrace it? A new year is a brand new open book with hundreds of blank pages. Make this one count. Make all of them count.
2015 helped me realize that life doesn’t have to be mediocre. I don’t have to accept a mundane schedule or a boring routine. Life can be truly magnificent. Brilliant. Sensational.
My 2016 resolution: Don’t settle for anything less than extraordinary.
Don’t hold back. Grasp this moment. Talk to a stranger. Love with all your heart. Do what makes you happy. Get out and see the world. Explore. Taste. Touch. Feel. Don’t be afraid. Put yourself out there. Try something new everyday. Just say yes and live with everything you’ve got.
Bring on 2016! I can’t wait to see what it has in store for all of us!!
